Brides rent the entire mansion for themselves, their bridesmaids, groom, groomsmen, parents, etc. And with each paying only $206 to $273 per room, all inclusive (depending on time of year, day of week), they secure the exclusive use of an entire private mansion and a great breakfast each morning; it is definately a deal! Relax with friends and/or family in the parlour or library with no non-related guests around. Try doing that at a large hotel.

Brides and their bridesmaids rent the mansion and convert it into their own pre-wedding private spa! Jacuzzi's, plush robes, massages, facials, champagne, strawberries and the ultimate in privacy. Most just stay in their robes until their hair and makeup professionals arrive! Our professionals are waiting for your call...

Pre-Wedding Usage / Bride or Groom Preparation
Requires entire mansion rental and includes:

- Admittance of pre-wedding attendants; hair and makeup professionals as well as
   photographers, planners, etc.,
- Use of the Batcheller signature plates, glassware, linens, utensils, cleanup.*
- Full use of the mansion and grounds for pre-wedding filming and/or photography.
- Your bridal suite will be refreshed for your return after your wedding.

Pre-wedding usage fee is $300.00. Any food served must be provided by Putnam Market (prepared informal) or one of our preferred catering vendors. If you choose to use the services of a caterer, or If there will be no food served, we will discount $100.00 off of this fee. Pre-wedding usage is only to additionally include your pre-wedding attendants. All General Guidelines apply. Larger groups or gatherings will require facility use fees.
