Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Afternoon Teas, Birthdays, or any Occasion; the Batcheller Mansion is able to accommodate a wide range of private intimate events and functions. All rentals will include the use of two adjoining common rooms. When the entire mansion is reserved, you may use all of the common rooms and outdoor grounds as you wish. We are an adult only property; under 16 years of age by permission only.

All social events for twenty one people or more will include a doorperson, for the duration of your actual event.

Day or Evening Use:

Available from 11am - 10pm.
Use of two adjoining common rooms.
Informal Meeting Space: up to 24 people.
Seated Dining: up to 18 people.
Buffet / Cocktail Receptions: up to 40 people.
Outdoor Covered Porch: up to 12 people (Seated Dining).

$150.00 per hour, two hour minimum.
Discounted rate for meetings and parties of 20 people or less, please inquire.

With Entire Mansion Rental:

Available from 8am - 10pm, during mansion rental period.
Use of all common rooms and outdoor grounds.
Seated Dining: up to 32 people.
Buffet / Cocktail Receptions: up to 80 people.
Outdoor Tented: seated dining up to 100 people.

$125.00 per hour, Entire Mansion rental discount.
