Room & Reservation Limitations

• Corporate Lodging Rates: Standard Rooms $129 per night, Superior Rooms $159 per night. Free upgrade on day of arrival if available.
  
• Deposit and Cancellation Conditions: Deposit of one night's room and tax is charged at time of making reservation. Cancellation up to 48 hours before occupancy is eligible for a refund. Cancellation within 48 hours of occupancy will be eligible for a refund only if the room is resold. All refunds will be charged a $25.00 processing fee. Occupancy is 3:00pm on scheduled day of arrival.
  
• Racing Season: One night's stay requires full payment. More than one night's stay, requires a 50% deposit. By June 15, all balances for all reservations are required to be paid in full. Cancellation will be eligible for a refund only if the room is resold. All refunds will be charged a $25.00 processing fee.
  
• Legal Holidays and Skidmore College Events: Paid in full at time of booking. Cancellation will be eligible for a refund only if the room is resold. All refunds will be charged a $25.00 processing fee.
  
• New Year's Eve, December 31, 2009: Two-night minimum stay. Paid in full. Cancellation will be eligible for a refund only if the room is resold. All refunds will be charged a $25.00 processing fee.
  
• Minimum stays at our Saratoga Springs bed and breakfast: Racing Season Weekends 3 nights.
  
• House limitations: Adults Only property; 16 years of age and older welcome. Can not accommodate pets. No roll-away cots available.
  Private Inn; registered house guests only are permitted on premises unless prior arrangements are made with front desk/office. Smoking permitted outdoors only. Smoking in any indoor area will incur a $250 fee, per incident.
