As there is with certain people, there is about some places. It is a kind of magic, an elusive, indefinable something that sets Saratoga apart and makes it special. An attraction draws people from great distances, and is seemingly immune to time. The appeal is unique, yet universal. Saratoga is a modern county with fairytale neighborhoods, a business-like county that takes time to smell the flowers lining its streets, and a growing county that doesn’t lose touch with its past. Saratoga is a developing county that doesn’t let progress step on the greenery of its extraordinary series of parks, and a thriving county that still values the fine art of living well.
